  • NERC Reliability Guideline: Generating Unit Winter Weather Readiness – Current Industry Practices – Version 3
    The Reliability and Security Technical Committee (RSTC) recently approved the subject document for posting. The focus of this guideline is on maintaining individual unit reliability and preventing future cold weather related events.
