MSPPTF Seeks Feedback on Modernization of Standards Processes and Procedures Draft Recommendations
- The MSPP Task Force (MSPPTF) has posted Draft Recommendations Stakeholder Comments Click here for: October Draft Recommendations – Stakeholder Feedback
- MSPP Draft Recommendations
- The MSPPTF will host a stakeholder input forum scheduled for November 19 in Atlanta. Stakeholders will have the opportunity to engage directly with MSPPTF members and each other in open discussion around their input and perspectives. Input received from both the comment process and during the forums will be taken into consideration by the Task Force as it develops its final recommendations. A formal comment period for Project 2022-04 EMT Modeling is open through 8 p.m. Eastern, Friday, November 21, 2025 for the following standard and implementation plan:
- FAC-002-5 – Facility Interconnection Studies
- This requires the collection of EMT models by applicable entities and TPs and PCs to conduct EMT studies where needed.

- NPCC has posted the clean and redlined versions of the revised NPCC Regional Standard PRC-006-NPCC-3 Automatic Underfrequency Load Shedding have been posted on the NPCC Website for a 45-day final comment period through December 1, 2025, along with a proposed Implementation Plan and Technical Rationale document.
