Draft NERC Alert: Supply Chain Risk III – NAGF Comments

In light of Executive Order (EO) 13920, “Securing the United States Bulk-Power System,” NERC is planning to issue a Recommendation to Industry to gather extent-of-condition information in order to better estimate the risk of installed bulk power system electric equipment manufactured or supplied by certain foreign entities of concern. A draft NERC Alert was provided to the NAGF for review and comment. The NAGF requested comments from membership which were consolidated and submitted to NERC on June 15, 2020. It is anticipated that the final version of the Supply Chain Risk III NERC Alert will be issued to industry in early July 2020.

NAGF Quarterly Member WebEx – 2Q2020

The NAGF has quarterly webinars to enhance communication and engage NAGF members regarding recent NAGF activities, upcoming initiatives, and acquire member feedback regarding activities of interest. The second quarter webinar was held on June 5, 2020 with over 150 participants. The agenda/meeting minutes are available in the NAGF Groupsite file cabinet.
